Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the KAOT Secretariat (kaot.int@kaot.org)by October 13, 2025, 23:59 (KST).
- Cancellation by October 10: 100% refund
- Cancellation between October 11–13: 50% refund
- Cancellation after October 13: No refund
※ Please note that the refund amount will be subject to deduction of payment processing fees, which may vary depending on the payment method used.
※ Please note that refunds will be processed after the conclusion of KISOT 2025 due to administrative procedures.
